Issa Rebrand

In 2014, I created the moniker “Yogi Tish” as a way to jumpstart my spiritual coaching business. I did this because I needed an outlet to share all the things I was learning and my own musings on these teachings. Much in the way Beyoncé created her alter ego, “Sasha Fierce,” I created “Yogi Tish” to showcase and focus on a specific part of my being, the spiritual yogi making her way today’s world while learning ancient spiritual concepts.

As we venture into 2018, I realize that my spiritual life coaching business is evolving because I am evolving. My daughter, Lyric, has really shown me the importance of embracing all of me and owning my story. If I want her to embrace herself and own her story, I must model this first. Lyric will ultimately learn from my example, not my advice.

So I have decided to rebrand my business and go by the name that Mama Terry gave me. From now on, you’ll be dealing with the very fabulous LaTisha Cotto.

What does this mean moving forward? Not much AND everything. I plan on leveraging my experience as a music business professional and career development coach to help you tap into your inner rock star.

My story is what sets me apart from my favorite teachers: Gabrielle Bernstein, Danielle LaPorte, Marie Forleo, Louise Hay, and Wayne Dyer. I am a chameleon who has reinvented herself many times and lived to tell the tale. While many people live the same day over and over again, I have forced myself to get outside of comfort zone and explore. I am the small town girl from Waco, Texas, the Scottie in Atlanta, GA, the music maven in Miami, the Career Coach in DFW, the Finance guru in Houston, and the spiritual life coach in Austin. I am all of these experiences and they have given me the ability to speak on a plethora of topics. For that, I am forever grateful.

If I am honest with myself, music is still a very important part of my life. I mean, my daughter’s name is Lyric, for crying out loud. What I loved the most about the music business was working with a new artist and helping them to bring to fruition that which lived inside of them. I loved helping the artist transform his or her potential into something tangible that the public could fall in love with. I realize that this is essentially what I love about my spiritual life coaching business -- helping you to get in touch with your inner rock star and helping her get front and center stage so that she can set the world on fire with her unique song.

This makes me happy. This is how I want to change the world.

As we begin another year, I want to ask you, “What amazing transformation are you undergoing in 2018?

Big or small, honor the beauty of your dreams by giving them your undivided attention. You deserve to take center stage in your own life and to live the life of your dreams.

Now it's your turn. Comment below and let me know what you're up to in 2018.

I'm cheering for you. Like it's your sold out show at Madison Square Garden.

From the Front Row,

LaTisha
